Statlabs prioritizes user privacy and data transparency at the highest level. Our architecture is designed in alignment with global standards, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and United States State Privacy Laws (CCPA/CPRA).

2. Absence of User Registration and Email Collection Principles

Statlabs operates without any user account creation, registration, or membership system.

  • Purpose of Email Collection: Your email address is requested exclusively when you purchase a premium analysis report.
  • Scope of Use: The provided email address is used strictly to deliver your personalized report access link and to respond to technical support inquiries.
  • Your email address is never automatically added to marketing newsletters and is never shared with third parties.

3. Data Categories Collected

A. Anonymous Cognitive and Behavioral Metrics

During test and evaluation sessions, session-based anonymous metrics are processed: scale choices, psychometric responses, decision latency, reaction velocity, micro-interaction metrics, and free-text inputs provided for dynamically generated inquiries.

B. Purchase and Delivery Data

Email address provided during checkout for report link delivery and unique Order IDs generated for transaction verification.

C. Analytics and Technical Usage Data (Google Analytics 4)

To optimize platform performance and analyze traffic, we utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Processed data includes anonymized IP addresses, device types, browser types, operating systems, session durations, and navigation paths.

4. Payment Processing and Security (Lemon Squeezy)

Statlabs utilizes Lemon Squeezy Inc. as the official Merchant of Record (MoR) for digital content and report sales.

  • Financial Data Security: Credit card numbers, CVVs, or banking details are never collected, processed, or stored on Statlabs servers.
  • Security Standards: All transactions are processed through end-to-end encrypted PCI-DSS Level 1 certified Lemon Squeezy payment gateways.
  • Billing details provided during checkout are governed by Lemon Squeezy's Privacy Policy (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy).

5. Artificial Intelligence (LLM) Processing Standards

Important Commitment: Text inputs and cognitive metrics provided during assessments are strictly NEVER used to train public or third-party artificial intelligence models, sold, or commercialized. All LLM queries are processed under strict enterprise data-privacy agreements.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our platform utilizes two categories of cookies:

  • Essential Cookies: Technical cookies necessary to maintain seamless test session states.
  • Performance and Analytics Cookies: Cookies managed via Google Analytics (GA4) to measure aggregate usage patterns anonymously.

7. Data Retention and Isolation

  • Complete Isolation: Your cognitive metrics and behavioral data are processed in isolated layers without being tied to a persistent personal profile.
  • Retention Period: Following report delivery, your email address and report access link remain securely stored in our systems solely for delivery fulfillment, support obligations, or legal compliance. Your data can be permanently erased upon request.

8. Global User Rights (GDPR & US State Laws)

Under applicable privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), you reserve the following rights:

  • Right to Erasure ('Right to be Forgotten'): Request complete deletion of your email and report access records from our systems.
  • Right of Access: Request a copy of the stored data associated with your transaction email.
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of an incorrectly entered email address.
